You may request a return for full-price items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email us at info@jarandjam.com with your order number.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition - unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Please take care when trying on garments, as items returned damaged may not be eligible for a full refund.
We do not accept returns for items that have been worn for press, styling, or photoshoots.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. When sending your return, please mark the parcel as “return shipment to origin” to avoid customs charges.
Returns must be shipped within 10 days of approval. Once received, please allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
