  Behind the sweet and delicious name Jar & Jam stands Nataliya Zhivkova as a fashion designer and founder.

  Graduated Master in Fashion at the National Academy of Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria, as a continuation of her career, she, together with colleagues, founded the fashion brand Jar & Jam in 2012. Following are several collections and appearances on the international fashion scene, as well as a parallel enrichment of her experience as a stylist and costume designer, and even becoming a designer for an Italian fashion brand. But the idea of having her own brand prevails and the already gained experience is expressed in the new collections and development of the brand Jar & Jam.

  “I have enriched my experience as a designer during the years. In search of provocations and experiments, I follow the idea of ​​creating garments that have a character and are highly individual and innovative in their own way. This distinctive feature can be found in the style of the brand. Fashion is art for me and a way to express myself and my ideas. At the same time, it is aimed at people who can interpret it in their own way and present it in urban environment. Occupation, profession and fun, fashion is a world in which I am inspired and work is becoming a pleasure.” Nataliya Zhivkova.

Jar & Jam's story 

  Jar & Jam is a contemporary fashion brand that contains unique flavor wrapped in candy colors. The combination of distinctive and innovative designs with unexpected details makes our clothes alternative and at the same time wearable, designed for women with young cheerful spirit and colorful life.

Futuristic vision, innovative materials and trendy look are the defining signature of the collections. The clothes are produced in very limited edition with attention to each detail.

 The brand was founded in 2012 in Sofia, Bulgaria and the first collection was presented at Alternative Fashion Week in London, UK. During the years the first collections were produced in very limited edition and one of a kind pieces, worn by famous artists in Bulgaria. They were showed on fashion expositions and fashion shows like a piece of art. The style is beginning to be recognized and so the distinctive character of the brand is built. From 2017, the collections, which are 2 per year - summer and winter, are produced in sizes made to order. Meanwhile, the Bulgarian media has been covering the development of the brand, articles have been periodically published, or the designer Nataliya Zhivkova has been invited as a guest on various TV shows. Each collection is subject to a certain concept and idea, which carries a message, and the clothes themselves retain their characteristic innovative and interesting look. There is an audience of loyal followers who interpret each garment in their own style and appreciate the clothes themselves. The target is quite diverse, but at the same time all customers are very positive, with established taste and style of fashion. Intelligent women with serious professions, who have an interest in art and are very artistic and expressive. They share that while wearing Jar & Jam clothes, they feel astonishing, extremely noticeable and in a good mood.

  Today, each collection contains about 20 items that are combinatorial with each other, produced in small quantities and sizes. We work with various boutiques for designer clothes and galleries in which we present the clothes. Throughout the year we organize special pop-up shops, with special concept and decors, where guests can meet the fashion designer and immerse themselves completely in the world of  Jar & Jam.
